    Pros and Cons

    The location is a dream for snorkelers, with fine reefs just minutes away. The beach, though small, is beautiful. Staff members are friendly and eager to assist. The buffet dining left much to be desired. Variety and quality were lacking. If you can manage your expectations, you might enjoy your stay!

    Beautiful and peaceful hotel.

    Our experience was overshadowed by the moldy rooms and humidity. It felt uncomfortable and unhealthy to stay there. The food was often inedible, and the poorly constructed room key bracelets were a constant worry as they kept coming off. Management's lack of attention to these issues left us feeling unsupported.

    I loved the beautiful gardens around the resort. They were well-maintained and perfect for a stroll. The adults-only pool was a relaxing escape. Dining options were varied, great for catering to different tastes. All the staff were attentive. The food quality varied greatly. Some meals were average, lacking authentic flavor, particularly in the buffet restaurant. The dining area for breakfast was too hot without adequate air conditioning. I encountered some issues with hygiene at the establishments, as I heard multiple guests discussing food-related illnesses, concerning. Check-in took longer than anticipated as well due to some miscommunication with the front desk.

    actually everything was well-maintained, my next choice again in cozumel. hotel was stunningly beautiful, staff was extremely great. got deluxe queen room in the royal level as expected, loved it. there was very decent and excellent breakfasts with all meals except for 2 and fresh seafood and the same exact food. the pool was good and i had branded drinks in the main bar.
